what could the problem be

Recommended Posts

yeah stop stressing.. youll end up killing it with kindness... you need to just need to let the plant do its thing.. as long as youve got the PPM's and PH some where in the ball park.. it will be fine.. PH is fine between 5.8 ans 6.8 and PPMs are fine anywhere from 1200-1800... so theres really not much you need to do.. just check the resi.. if thats fine then everything else will be fine too...

does the water return to the resi at all.. like a recirculating system?

if so it will be fine.. ive found the PH will fluctuate during the 24 hours.. so try and make it a habit to check PPMs and PH at around the same time of the day.. if you find it reading all over the place still .. then the best option its to drain the resi.. run clean water through for a day or 2. then check the PPMs again.. you may need to drain it out and replace with fresh water... what happens is salts build up in the medium... this will help flush out those unwanted salts...when thats looking ok.. replace with fresh nutes..

If I were you I would put that dripper back where it came from :applause: you had them perfectly placed before!

Going to nickname you 'The Fiddler'

It's going to be funny when the roots grow into the res, that pesky cube(which could cause overwater problems if it's constantly wet) will be the least of your worries :yahoo: :yahoo: keep posting, happy gardening!
