Light Opinion Needed

So i have a cupboard about 6 foot in height max and want to grow a plant. can anyone tell me if this light will do the job on both veg and flowering. i plan on growing in soil, watering myself. What do you think?

if you included some dimensions it might help you get a better answer.

 

you won't yield much if you grow with that light tho, maybe an ounce or two if ya lucky.

 

generally you go to a 400watt HPS to get a result thats worth the effort, and they go well in a 600deepx900widex2100high space, or something like that. If you get that going good you'll be looking at 5+ ounces per harvest.

For the extra $51 the 400w hps is a better option like pipeman said.
