This is the first time I've heard the new government even mention the word cannabis and I'm going to remain hopeful that the Rudd government is going to have a different approach to cannabis than Howard's traditional christian values government dealt with the issue. This new centre could be the first step to repairing all the propaganda the old government unleashed on the Australian public

I probably havent been around long enough to notice the bad propaganda from the Howard government but the only bad things i have known are all the police ads lately about drug driving. I thought the american government decided already that this stuff wasnt bad and we are a 51st state almost.
