Man charged with drug offences, cannabis seized — Campbelltown

Campbelltown Police have seized a number of cannabis plants and arrested a man after attending a house at St Helens Park earlier today.

 

About 1am, police from Campbelltown Local Area Command attended a house in Alyan Place for an unrelated inquiry.

 

Upon entering the premises police allegedly located 10 cannabis plants and an amount of cannabis leaf. Officers also allegedly seized paraphernalia associated with the hydroponic cultivation of plants.

 

A 26-year-old St Helens Park man was arrested nearby and taken to Campbelltown Police Station for questioning.

 

He was charged with possessing a prohibited drug and cultivating a prohibited plant. He was released on bail and is due to appear in Campbelltown Local Court on the 19 March 2008.

Any one know what happened to this guy. Seems 10 plants hardly a dealer more than likely all personal. I also have 10 and live near there so i wanna know f i will go to jail. BTW all personal use here as well.
