Actually, after you've soaked them you'll want to drain them, then boil them to sterilize them. Once they've cooled down - then they're ready for use.

 

 

I think you'll have just as much success following Tom's advice, I have never heard of anyone boiling their rockwool :yahoo: Although I admit sterilizing it would be good. Jeez I don't even use ph balanced water, just straight from the tap and never have any probs :yahoo:

agree, i've done all my grows using rockwool and theres nothing to it, just tap water, then i give it a few flicks to get most of the water out then put in a already cracked seed and bingo few days later were under way
