91 Cannabis plants seized – Basket Swamp National Park

Police are continuing investigations after seizing 91 cannabis plants in the State’s north west today.

 

Officers from New England Local Area Command attended Basket Swamp National Park, about 15km north of Tenterfield.

 

It is alleged they located a cannabis crop near Woolni Woolni Road on the southern side of the park.

 

91 cannabis plants and several other items were seized for forensic examination whilst other items were destroyed on site.

 

Inquiries into the incident are continuing.

Given the plants were found on crown land that would make them the possession of the Queen so maybe she should be charged with cultivating and have ALL her assets seized like happens to us.......

 

That would only be fair would it not,
