Computer fan

i aint done this befor but from what i have heard all ya have to do is get a 12v adapter and connect the wires and there ya go

 

but dont count on that as i said i aint done it myself as yet

This is the way I plan on trying to do mine. Tho I only have a 30v adapter, so I'm going to have to get some resistors and do some handiwork... :D

I have setup a few pc fans to run off a 12v DC power adaptor.

 

One thing i have found is if u run any more than one fan off them the fan drops in speed quite a bit, so u need something that can put out enough power to run more than one.

 

I have a 16v DC power adaptor that i run 2 12cm pc fans off, one fan runs great but the second i hook up the other one u can hear the speed of the fans drop a bit but not as bad an a 12v adaptor dose...

The size of the area is about 1200mmH x 600mmD x 1200mmW, cant remember off hand but that pretty close.

 

That lil cab i have is used for mothers and cloning using 3 48w cf's, with the 2 12cm pc fans has a good air exchange so it dosent get to hot.

 

I have one fan setup for intake and the other to pump it out again, it dose the trick for me...
