My friend just accidentally ripped my little sprouted plant out of the soil, I looked and there was no roots there, i planted it back in the soil, not too deep because it hasnt stood up properly yet

 

will it survive? should I kill my friend? I'm worried.

backhand your friend and then put the plant in a high humidity environment like a mini greenhouse or something along those lines until it has a decent root system again. without the extra humidity chances are the plant will dry up and die

ok, should I put it in the dark, or leave it in the sun? I'm going to wrap another wrapping of gladwrap around it, so it should be real humid

i would try and keep some of your cling wrap greenhouse in the sun light as it will heat up and cause more humidity to form which the plant will love, but as for the plant itself i would keep it in a fairly shaded place for a few days so it has a chance to recover

Hmm, well I hope it grows the roots back, from what I know, only just sprouted, the roots would be fairly small and week, so I take it that it shouldnt be a hard task, I'm going to be real pissed if it doesnt grow back
