Recommended Posts

heres my story guys, ill have a few photos in the next few days, to start form start sprouted a seed under cfl's moved under a larger growlush cfl, then due to unforseen circumstances had to move houses suddenly , gave the roughly 4-5 week old plant to a mate as building a box for it has been delayed. mate has come to work today and told me the plant has started flowering(plant is now outdoors). Hes had plant for roughly 6 weeks, so im putting its age at roughly 12 weeks. The plants outdoors with his other ones, they are not flowering. Was recently repotted last week. When it was inside it had 18 hours of light per day. Was planted in a tomatoe type fertaliser and i thought was coming along quite nicely until this development. Ill get over to his house to get photos as soon as i can, i was just wondering has anyone heard of this happening before or why it might have tkane place.

going from 18 hrs light daily

down to the outdoors light(photoperiod)

the plant will flower

as the days aren t very long,at most they get to 14 hrs

so in future id recommend if u wanna go out from in

slowely start to coincide the indoor light with outdoor light time

this will help the plant not to flower automatically at sudden change in light hours

12 hrs of darkness is enuff to create the chemical that makes the plant flower

but have seen plants flower with only 10 hrs darkness..

strain dependant ofc..

do u know wat strain u are growing?

or wat ratios of sativa and indica the plant has?

all the best

bil
