hydro versus bush

Recommended Posts

To my mind the difference between Hydro & Bush is pretty simple; bush popped into the ground as a seed or seedling and left until harvest; undernourished and underloved.

By definition Hydro is the act of supplying nutrients to a plant via watering; so technically any plants that aren't left to fend for themselves are hydro.

Naturally we know the association with hydro and indoor growing under lights is the street definition.

I've seen some monster outdoor plants in my time both in the flesh and online, sporting some baseball bat style sativa buds, oozing with resin.

hard for me to go past a Indica dominant well grown bud; not a big fan of the "up high" sativa feeling; prefer to be smacked between the eyeballs pinned to a couch barely about to talk. Fnarkly if it were grown indoors or out I couldn't care less; provided the job is done.

i find it difficult to buy buds dried correctly very often, seems most dealers are actually wetting buds to make it heavier thereby gaining more profit!.....too many rip off sellers around now imo.

Sadly the truth is the average seller wouldn't know his arse from his elbow. Maximum profit is the paramount concern.
