If cops find your grow in SA

Say the cops found one plant in your garden, this is SA. So they give you a 150$ fine, BUT what if you have growing equipment in your house, can they take that? Even though there was no plants indoors.

I dont know, because im living here for a about 6 months, so it might be worth growing a plant, and if i get caught, meh 150$ fine and thats it, but its not worth it if they can take my equipment.

Also, neone know if its $150 per head or per household?

Sure they will take your lights too .. why not , maybe you started the plant off under the lights (doesnt matter whether you did or not ) you have no lawful use for the lights ? .. once they have them its hard for you to get them back ...

besides you say 'ahh its only a 150$ fine' .. its also a marker for every other time the cops come across you ... they check you for drugs ...

the crackle comes across the police radio " yes, person is known for drugs "

 

whoever looks after the plant wil be fined doesnt matter how many ppl , if they admit to watering or tending plant they are fined too ...
