Vapir One Modification- Revisited

Recommended Posts

I got a head full of ideas that are driving me insane. The modification possibilities are endless with the vapir 4.0 (I know about 5.0). I was thinking.... the section where the air is pushed out by the fan (that little screw top), what if that were taken off? I've already modded my vap via coldfrixion's guide and it did wonders for my machine. however I realized what the vapir was lacking in comparison to all other top-of-the-line vaps- vapezilla, volcano, all of these choose the no bullshit herb right before the whip , and hot air passing through it, period. I digress.

My plan is to completely remove the tray door system and tape it up (as if it were never there). Then, unscrew the top, and add one of those whips that has a bowl at the end. Somehow, my plan is to add THIS to the top of the vapir (as well as some way to make the bowl function to open and close, as well as making the unit as airtight as can be). In theory, this replicates the very simple but effective no-BS approach to vaping used by all high-end units, and the vapir already provides me with enough heat and relatively stable fan. Thoughts?

Oh, yes- another thing. I made an attachment out of a gatorade bottle where basically, you take the modded vapir bag (reynolds turkey bag) right after it's done being filled, put it onto the whip attachment that ends at the bottom of the bottle with water. then you suck it in through another attachment at the top of the bottle. basically, a bong and a bag. My question is does the filtering through water affect the vapor in any way more than smoke?
