I am assuming that your first messurement is cubic liters a second so

1 liter is the equivalent to about 0.035314 Cubic Feet so once you know that it's just a matter of maths to figure out what you have

first thing to do is find out how many liters per min the fan is instead of seconds as that's what the M in CFM means so first take your 101 and times it by 60 secconds which will give us a total of 6,060 litres per min volume.

Now to convert that you times your 6,060 by 0.035314 which is gives us an answer of 214

Using the above information your fans volume in CFM is 214

re your seccond query they are different fan designs
