The legal parlance for smokable cannabis in Australia, be it bud or leaf is "cannabis leaf." All cannabis laws specify "cannabis leaf." The law doesn't make the distinction about buds, giving you an idea of just how informed that law was from the drafting.

and again stealing electricity brought this dude undone!!!! pay for your power or be fucked up by your own stupidity........

yeah it may cost you an arm and a leg but they dont ask questions when they are not losing power from the grid. my heater uses more power than my 600 watter, damn winter power bills!!! but at least i pay for it.....
