My clones are flowering!

I just took some cuttings for a new batch of clones from my first clones - about 5 weeks old and they have flowers on them! Not just one or two preflowers but around four or five pistils each clone.

 

Is this normal? They were taken while in veg and they are under a 130W Spectrum 24hrs a day. They are being fed with clone food and rhizo, with epsom as folier spray.

no its not natural for them to flower.. but they will show pistols/fibres.. being pure female you should have 2 fibers at each sexing point..

 

if it didnt.. then id be worrying..

Nah SS, some have two, others 3 or 5.

have they remained on a vege pfotoperoid?

but once a plant is sexually mature

Comon - jimbo U know if a plant dosn't get enough intense ligh it wll flower - it's natural.

 

A clone is a replica in age and genetics of the original plant.

To resolve the flowering issue give it more light.

 

I have flowered clones takin just after they form roots. While the yield was down and size of the plants was only 3" - 4" the single cola only about slightly smaller than original buds - so quite big really !

Well I can't...the HPS is on flower mode and the Spectrum they are under is on 24hrs a day.

Yes and yes.

 

I guess it doesn't matter as it's only on two clones - which I've just noticed are from the same plant. If they keep getting worse I'll just toss em.

 

I can't take a pic until tomorrow night.

right on nitram, low levels of light and falling/lower temps going into winter will trip the heavy indica varieties into flower easily these days. Maintaining both will help keep clones and mothers from flowering this time of year.

But the temps are 27-29C constantly and shouldn't the spectrum be enough?

i have numerous clones under a spectrum fluoro

maybe if its from the 1 plant

that plant is not a real good plant to keep as a mum

maybe flower them out and leave it at that Jimbo
