Differnt strains benifits/disadvantages with Depression/anxiety

Hey peoples . Just pondering a few thoughts on the old herb . I have moderate depression with anxitey. I dont really know what im buying most of the time all that i know it as is high grade hydro. Seem to notice some weed has a really threraputic effect with me mellow right out and couch locked . Then some stuff can seem to make me abit edgy but normaly if this happens just go for a big walk and chill right out and then seem to enjoy a rather dazy stonned. On the rare occasion i got some really good bush i could still do lots of stuff but at the same time was very ripped . I really enjoy a stone with a really chilled happy vibe and getting outdoorsy. What strains are best for this hopefully looking at something readily available as will be putting my first outdoor grow after winter.

yeah frizzlezz, I can highly recommend Celtic Stone. Very good smoko, and a top plant to grow. It is also classed as a medicinal strain for depression/anxiety issues.

I find it gives m a laid back feelin at night, but in the day it gives me a kick and I'm out and about. Can really couch lock ya though in the evening, which is cool sometimes.

No edgy feeling at all. I too have depression/anxiety issues, and the Celtic is top rated stuff in my book so far.

I haven't tried the rest of the Celtic range as yet (but I intend to for sure), but I believe they may be able to help you also.

Thanks for that black saint sounds just like im looking for . I cant wait getting ready to set up me plot in the back yard so its nice and fertile. I want to more or less go as organic as possible. More for the peace of mine so when im sitting backing enjoying a nice fat j i know where and how it came to be mother natures finest well hopefully anywayz (beginer grower).
