What exactly IS the law on cannabis sativa?

Hey,

 

I've been searching everywhere on what the law is - both to be in posession of and to grow cannabis sativa in Queensland..

 

I plan to start growing a couple of plants in the next few weeks, but would really like to know what im getting myself into first.

its illegal... every state has different laws.. but really indoor growing is a criminal poffence where as outdoors I think you can have 1 or 2... it varies from state to state..

growing any number of plants indoor or outdoor is a criminal offense in qld. if you keep it under 10 plants and if its a first offense you'll probably only get a fine and if you're lucky no conviction recorded.

Hey mate i have just been done for growing in Qld and it sux.

 

If growing out doors in soil it isent as bad as growing indoors with a hydro setup they class as a sophisticated setup that can grow very strong pot compared to soil, the was the law is it is fucked up badly.

 

If you only get dont with a bit of smoke and it ya 1st time u can get put on a program to help u give up pot and they wont jump on ya as heavy, but if that happens u have to do a piss test once a fortnight and if u have pot in ya system ya gone.

 

I was going to ask for commuity service but found out thay will be doing the piss test so i wont be able to smoke, but what i will end up doing is see if i can get a fine and wait until the time has gone by for me to pay then apply for commuity service that way i get around the piss test as i havent been ordered to do the test because i got a fine...
