Title :: Pumpkin Ravioli with sage and nut brown canna-butter

Author :: Behindbars

Category :: Cannabis Based

Ingredients ::

  • -1 serve of pumpkin ravioli - store bought or make your own.

  • -8 sage leaves roughly torn. (chopping is ok but tearing is easier)

  • -8 leaves of flat leaf parsley, roughly torn.

  • -3 or 4 Tbsp of canna butter (it depends on your tolerance levels, you will need at least 3 Tbsp of butter so feel free to use non-canna-butter as a partial replacement if you are worried - but this recipe will get you really nicely toasted ;p ).

  • -Freshly shaved parmesan cheese (not that pre-grated rubbish in the green tin)

Description ::

A very quick and easy lunch or light dinner.

-Cook your ravioli and strain well.

-In a skillet or small frying pan melt your butter down and set aside.

-Arrange your ravioli in a bowl.

-Sprinkle with the torn sage and parsley.

-Put your butter back on the heat and cook just until it starts to brown - do not go too hard here as i am not sure about the loss of potency if the butter burns.

-Pour the butter over the ravioli making sure that it hits the fresh herbs - you will hear a crackling sound as the hot butter hits and partially fries the herbs.

-Garnish with the parmesan and a little fresh black pepper

-Feel free to add some proscuitto, pancetta or bacon if you are in the mood for meat.

-Enjoy!!
