Flush out the mix and let it wait a day, and then do one fresh water watering and one with the nutrients added. Keep nutes to a low level, it's far better to under than overdo it. Don't feed full strength nutrients to plants grown in soil, they don't need it. Potting mixes contain some nutrition already and don't need full strength. IMO just use a 1/2 or even 1/4 strength solution when watering in soil, and then once a week water with fresh water to help keep it flushed out.
