Gary W Meyerhoff - RIP

Recommended Posts

Just got the following e-mail in regards to Oz Stoners member 'garywmeyerhoff' passing. I decided to post it here as this is the forum that contained 75% of his posts.

The Network Against Prohibition is grieving for the loss of our

founding member and soldier of justice Gary Meyerhoff.

Gaz passed away in WA on Sat, 8 Oct 2006, from AIDS related illness.

Diagnosed HIV+ at 19, Gary was 31 when the disease finally beat him.

Whether you loved him or hated him - it was hard to ignore him.

He used his time on this earth to fight for justice for all,

particularly the victims of the War on Drugs.

So everyone out there, raise your bong, pipe or crystal and have one

for Gaz.

In sorrow at his passing, gratitude that his pain is over and in

celebration of his life.

:xcited:

Thank you very much for passing this on Brash.

I'm assuming the NAP are still going to function though? Any news on that?

Rest In Peace Gary, you made us all think about the world and our place in it.

I hope you're in a better place with lots of spliffs for everyone. I'm sure God isn't anti drugs as he invented them. lol

Seriously though, I raise my bong in honour of a fallen comrade. *raises bong*

TO GARY - YOU FOUGHT THE GOOD FIGHT FOR YOURSELF AND OTHERS. R.I.P.
