In rockwool it's unlikely that the water content will drop that dramatically during a night cycle indoors. Rockwool just holds too much solution which whilst raising in conductivity overnight due to taking up water, is easily flushed out and isn't that big a jump anyway.

If you feel things are really dry though, you could do a watering in the middle of the night, but I wouldn't do it unless it needed it. Just make sure you have plenty of runoff and you should be fine.

On the 'CANNA' Vega B bottle, under the section Titled 'Clay Balls', It states:

"Frequency of application will depend upon plant size and greenhouse temperature, but will vary from 1 x 15min feed /hour while the lights are on during the first weeks of growth; then one 15 minute feed every 2hrs- starting several minutes before the lamps have been turned on. Only water the plants during the day period!"

Referring to Rockwool...

It also suggests that the first feed should be several minutes before lights on, feeding frequency, 3 x 1min (50ml) daily to start then 6-10 /50-100ml feeds daily- Also only during lights on...

-It refers to 'greenhouse' temperature, would that be the same as 'indoor room' you think?

Also, I've heard it mentioned countless times that it is best to water your lawns etc at either dusk/dawn as apposed to midday. Not only because of the evaporation factor reducing the amount of water being absorbed by the soil, but also because the plants get 'burnt'.

Yous think maybe this could be a reason to get the first feed in prior to the room warming up?

Just a thought...
