Excuse my ignorance , but what is a Pheno ?

it just means a characteristic of a plant, particularly in relation to selecting plants from seed. So for example if you popped a bunch of seeds and grew em out some might exhibit phenos suitable for indoor growing like bushy growth and short flowering times while plants that exhibit sativa type phenos like lots of stretch and long flowering times would be more suitable for outdoor growing.

you can also get differant plants that display differant phenos in regards to the buds as well the 2 main ones are the christmas tree pheno where the buds form like a christmas tree shape and the other is the donkey dick pheo where the buds form a long thick type shape like a donkeys dick
