DHT levels in plants

i just wanted to know when does the DHT (or whatever it is that gets u stoned) in MJ plants start to build up in the leaves and the rest of the plant??? does the DHT only start when the plant starts to bud?

THC and the rest of the chemicals/drugs progress as they get older , as in maybe after 2 weeks they start developing some sort of potency ...

Not worthe smokin till fully grown tho ... Whenst Budding then the amount of what your wanting is multiplying nicely ...

You can get somewhat high off of the leaves pf the plant , but this is not what you want ...
