catnip and sage?

hey guys,

just wondering if catnip and sage in a tea will do anyhting?? i need something to relax me badly and i dont got any greens

You could try... no harm in trying right... well maybe.. but nah...

i think people have gotten effects from it... smoking i'm sure but... I think someone snorted it and got effects but by all means don't do that cause I said it might work... read about it on erowid.org

i tryed it this arvo had about 3 cups with a teaspoon of sage/catnip in each cup.......was an ok cupper tea with a bit of honey to add a bit more flavor it didnt do muhc it did relax me a tiny bit but nothing like good old damiana and valirum.......... only if i had a good supply of it i got it once but cant seem to get it anymore, anyone able to help me out with some ??

p.s have heard that smoking sage will give you a bit of a buzz....might give it a go for myself and see wat happens

i gave sage a try today and i must say after about 2 cones it did relax me quite a bit and i recomand you guys give it a guy
