hey guys i got my loupe

its 30 x 21mm

is this strong enough for checking the colours of trichromes

and what do i look 4??

dunno usually you need at least 10x magnification to get a decent look. you are looking for trichomes, little stalks with a mushroom type head. they change from clear, to opaque, to amber as the plant matures. at what point you harvest is personal preference the earlier you harvest (say when trichs are mostly clear with only a few amber ones) the pot will tend to give a more of a heady high, and if you tend to harvest when your trichs are mostly amber it will tend to be more of a heavier body stone. Thats a big generalisation of course every strain is different just gotta find out what works best for you.

Yes a 30x 21mm loupe is fine, you'll clearly see the trichomes with it
