This is a pot based beer that is good to drink after 2 weeks. There are different variations so read through and find the ones best for you. experiment with the beer types and let me know what works. everyone has their favorites

1. Make the home brew as instructed on the concentrate tin

2. place the Khyff in the muslin, gather the edges and tie off with the twine.

3. place the Khyff and the hops in with the yeast and leave to ferment.

4. Finish off the beer as per normal.

Treacle beer

1. Make the home brew as instructed on the concentrate tin, instead of placing dextrose or sugar in it place the treacle instead and make sure it is a stout beer you are brewing.

2. place the Khyff in the muslin, gather the edges and tie off with the twine.

3. place the Khyff and the hops in with the yeast and leave to ferment.

4. Finish off the beer as per normal.

Bud beer: when bottling either the normal beer or the stout you can replace some of the sugar with pot but it must be the buds and not khyff.
