hey all just a quick question - i wasnt positive where to post this so i thought general will suffice any way the question is you know how in western australia 2 plants outdoors out side is de-criminalized(sp?) say i were to be busted will they confiscate my plants i am 80 % sure they would but just wanted to be sure also i am still living with my mum because its her property is she liable to anything? she is ok with me growing i just wanted to make sure she cant get in trouble for something im doing, and yes just coz i live at home doesnt meen im underage (which i aint) just thought i mention that coz usualy the first posts are something along the lines of "your underage" just thought id clear that up anyway keep it real and peace out

If there's no evidence that you're dealing or supplying to others, and the cops don't suspect that you're dealing or supplying to others, and you're an adult... then you can expect an infringement notice and your plants to be confiscated. Similar fines for any used smoking implements and up to 30g of cannabis.

 

If you're over these limits, or there's even a suspicion that you're supplying others, you'll probably be forced to argue your case in court - where you'll probably just be fined.

 

As long as you're an adult, it shouldn't matter that you're doing it on your mother's property, but they may "encourage" her to lay some pressure on you to stop.

i actually thought you guys in wa were allowed a single outdoor plant, not 2

 

anyhow, as long as you keep within your limits, have nothing around that could make you look like a dealer, etc. the most you'll get is a warning, caution or if you are unlucky and/or a repeat offender, a fine

1 outdoor is SA. WA is 2 non-hydro plants.
