Run to waste

Im all set up to do a SOG with DWC using expanded clay in 3" netpots but the more I read here, I find easier ways with less hassle like the run to waste method.

 

Because Im using co2 Im wondering if this will deprive the roots of some oxygen that would normally come from airstones in the DWC method.

 

Tom, your the man when it comes to run to waste....do you think that this system would be an advantage in terms of less hassle, less noise and healthier plants due to the nutrients being fresh at all times.

The system I use would not really be suited to sog, too much trouble keeping an even flow through the drip system for that many plants. I quietened my reservoir air pump by hanging it on a thick rubber band, you can still here the air stone but it isn't all that noticeable.
