Can someone please tell me the CURRENT laws in western australia?

but as im a nice person, im taking the effort out of your search and am gonna post the link...you'll even notice that WA is the first state mentioned :smoke

haha well as i stated, the CURRENT laws, those laws are from 2004. Thanks for the help but i tryed google and thats also out of date of every site:( thanks anyway

Hey WDC, at least one of those state laws (Tas) was wrong when posted and the WA laws have changed since then too.

Nothing's changed since then as far as I know. There have been a few reports on Police not understanding the law, but the final report is due out this year or next from memory.

 

Up to 2 plants non-hydroponic, and up to 30g leaves you eligible for a fine (or education session) instead of being charged, but you have to admit guilt.

yeah i saw that too, maybe its time to make an updated version
