Yeah, I had tinnitus so bad when I was younger that I thought I was going completely crazy, caused me a lot of anxiety and was hard to deal with because it made it difficult to sleep.

Smoking, any strain in my experience, really gave me relief from it. Although I have to say that stress makes it more prominent, and these days I barely notice it even when I'm not smoking.

Still, I'd fully recommend medicinal marijuana for Tinnitus lol

Yeah, well I guess I'm just used to it now or something. I can still hear it, but one of the main things I've found is the way you can focus on it is a problem.

Back when I first noticed it, I'd drive myself nuts trying to work out which ear it was louder in, or even whether it was just in my head or not lol

I saw a specialist about it, he was really surprised saying that it was unusual for anyone under 30 to have it like I did, I was about 20 then.

I'd just moved to Melbourne and hadn't had any weed for a bit, as soon as I did the stress caused by the tinnitus just melted away :smoke

Definitely I find that stress is a factor, and it's possible to not focus on it and forget it's even there, even though right now I can actually notice it if I think about it.

Hmm, maybe it's a bit zen lol

Damn I wouldn't mind a bag of medicinal right now tho! :whistling

Tinitus sucks.. I have it pretty bad myself from to much loud music and T.M.J disorder from grinding my teeth so much, even get jaw-lock etc sometimes.

I find the one thing that helps most when trying to get to sleep is some minor background noise like a fan, radio, fishtank or water etc. but some outdoor buds will usualy help a little too although for me the majority make it worse.

I have a white noise machine that my Dad gave me, it makes a crashing waves sort of sound and makes the ringing go away compleatly.
