Legality of Damiana & Lions Tail in Oz?

Recommended Posts

g'day; it would depend on how you promote it.......if you have powdered cane toad skins you can be charged with drug related offence!

mushrooms are legal unless you use them as hallucinogen.

Datura is a legal plant, grown in lots of front yards, tho if you use it as a drug you can be charged.

not true

datura is legal to have and to use

there are restrictions on sale of preparations - but by strength of actives - and smoking is excluded

however you get sued in no time if you promoted it as a legal high

the safest way to have a datura experience is to eat hyoscine tablets OTC at the chemist

-a measured dose

anything over 10 - there be dragons

Not only is damian legal but you can grow ur own now!

herbalistics have the true damiana for sale

i bought 10

the fragrance is inexplicaby more complex tan the old dried importd stuff

I do agree that 'tribal trance' and many herb mixes out there promoted as legal highs are as crap as a turd in a hole.

But let's not throw out the baby with the bathwater.

There are many awesome, legal herbs out there, just waiting to teach you a thing or two.

But it's hard to find quality unless you grow your own from good genetics (hmmm, sounds familiar, don't it) :bongon:
