Sexing Seeds Method 1

Hey stoners

 

Don't actualy know if this works or not.

 

Have never tried an experiment with this method.

 

In fact I couldn't even tell you where the info came from.

 

Been rolling around in my computer for a while.

 

Maybe some other enthusiast out there can organise

 

a controlled experiment and let us all know if it works

 

or not.

 

Anyway here it is:-

 

 

Interestingly it claims 100% on females and no Hermies.

 

Now I have my own SEED SEXING method and although

 

mine will not sepparate Hermies and I will not try to claim

 

100% My hit rate is always in the high 90's. More on this

 

later as my method is all in my head at this stage.

 

I will have to make that a future post.

 

In the mean time what do we think of this one?

Cant say I have heard that one Billo. Please tell. How does that go.

 

And what about anyone else. does anyone have or know of a technic for sexing seeds???

G'day Uncle Arthur, I haven't tried the gold ring method (yet), but I'm keen to give it ago next time round.

 

In reference to the other (Sexing Seeds Method 1) I also had that exact same piece of info floating around on my pc for umpteen years and have no idea where I got it from, that said, I gave it a bash only recently (8 weeks ago to be exact) and to date, from the 8 beans planted, 7 have germinated, all of which are female. Now I'm still not 100% sure they will continue along this path but hey, I'm not going to write off this method until I'm pulling hermies.

 

I did go through quite a few beans to pick out these particular ones, so I'm pretty optimistic about the results.

 

I'll keep you posted.
