In 2003 the New South Wales (NSW) Government was going to introduce legislation to allow a trial of medicinal cannabis. Australian researchers had been lobbying the government for two very different schemes. Happy new year stoners! I recieved a P and O cruise for christmas presant....lucky me! island hopping, Moumea, Lifou and Port Vila. Now this is my first cruise eva, and was chasing some information on getting some canna from these islands, not to bring back to Oz, only to consume on islands, and maybe bring back some canna seeds for my collection And if so could anybody with prior experience recommend a place to go on these island to acquire such things, Or should i tell myelf im dreamin!
