13 bears, a dog, a pot-bellied pig and a racoon keep vigil around the clock to protect an extensive marijuana crop from pillage and invasion. How is it that the bears haven't eaten the smaller critters?? Great bears. They just get along. Russian newsreader in fits. This made my day.

Notes from the Field Date: May 16, 2011 Reporting From: Santiago, Chile On June 10, 1215 AD, after prolonged rebellion and frustrating negotiation, a group of England's most influential barons entered London to force the disastrous King John Softsword into accepting a revolutionary charter of individual freedoms. This document was one of the more important antecedents to the US Constitution; its proclamations ended the absolutism of Englan…

When confronted, the man became irate, knocked down an employee, pulled a knife and ran toward the door. Outside were four SAS Troopers collecting toys for the "Toys For Tots" program. The manager said the troopers stopped the man, but he stabbed one of them in the back. The cut did not appear to be severe. The suspect was transported by ambulance to the Royal Perth Hospital with…

On Ten's 5 o'clock news this evening I heard about this. Honestly I think it is rediculous that she should have to give up her plates. This is Australia. The national language is English. If you don't like it, get out! I don't see Nissan renaming and rebadging their Pajero four wheel drives now.... Anyway, Since I found the story interesting I went and found it online. Quoted below, the original article can be found HERE. Rose.

Just wanted to help raise a bit of awareness about these native marsupial mice as I'm sure 90% of the population probably doesn't even know they exist, and help aid unknowingly in the extinction of them thinking they're introduced mice. WEST Australian police commissioner Karl O'Callaghan's 29-year-old son has been badly burned in an illegal drug lab explosion in Perth. Torn between his roles as police commissioner and a dad, Mr O'Callaghan has told of his struggle to be good at both after revealing the incident.
