hey people., ive looked over the net and it seems a few of my plants have a ph fluctuation.. im guessing just keeping a steady ph from now on will clear it up ? no-where on the net actually told me how to fix the problem. i havnt been using my ph meter because i need to get new batteries... cheers

i got a plant, the main cola at tha top is higher than the rest......will it be ready b4 tha others and im wanting 2 know do ya tie it down or chop it later and leave the lower 1's to get more light???

is it normal for leaves to die and drop off during flower, im thinking the plant is giving all energy to tha buds? ive had a few get crispy and drop off, not from the top just tha useless 1's from the bottom(fan leaves i guess). Other than that tha buds are looking good...... ive got a main cola, then lower 1's all aroound.....will the top cola be ready b4 tha others?? Any advice on wat 2 do?

Starting a new grow and i will be mixing some coco-peat with fine pearlite in 60/40 ratio. I will flush until water is clear and finish with PH adjusted water. Test PH and EC. The coco-peat is in brick form richgro brand. I plan to use GT or DM coco nutes on the 2 darlings and will be hand watering. Veg will be done under 400W MH and flowered under a HPS. 1) Should I sterilize the mix before transplanting my seedlings in there and how can i do this? 2) Can i start the seeds in a comercial seed raising soil or should i start them in the coco/pearlite mix with some 1/2 strength nutes thrown in? Hey everyone. My twin Bubblegum sprouts are getting pretty tall and growing more leaves. I'd say they're maybe 12 days old at this point. They still seem to fit just fine in their sprouting cups and the rockwool cubes they've been growing in have worked out thus far. I've got 2 General Hydro Waterfarms (basic bubble buckets w/drip rings) ready to go under a 400w HPS light in my closet. I was thinking I'd move them over this weekend, keeping the existing roots surrounded with the rockwool and planting them in the clay pebbles I've got in the buckets. I have 2 strains going at one time, and one is done, the other needs several weeks. (I cant believe how different they were, see grow diary for pics). But im thinking of not flushing the one strain that is done due to the fact that its gonna be really hard for me to do a flush of half, and give the others the nutes they need at a vital time that they need it! So is this a bad idea, does it make the bud all chemically? i mean that bud grows up on the chems, how much could a 3 day flush before harvest do. Any opinions are appreciated.

hey i wa just wondering when i change to 12/12 i was thinking of using some super bud or rock juice, or something similar. whats the best to use and at what time to use it for how long? i will definetly use pk 13 14 and ive got some potash there but not sure ill use it.

Hey fellow stoners had to pluck a few stems cause of i think not enough light? they were growing over the other plants so i turned them around so that the other plants could get some light but what happened was that a few buds ( stems ) started to turn brown or dry out? so i cut the fuckers they were ready well that 90% brown hairs but also they started to get a moss or spiderweb looking shit around them ( brown ) whats going on can someone tell me? in these pics somehow its vanished over two days but if u look closely u can see some also thanks sukonmyskunk for that awesome cubbord idea hey fellows whats the best way you guys dry out is wrapped in newspapper good enoug…

My reservoir is made from a 120 litre plastic drum from which a submersible pond pump connected to a digital timer runs the nutrient mix around the grow room to feed the 4 litre per hour drippers, I use one dripper per plant. The plants are in self watering pots and and the timing of the watering system is set to keep the reservoirs of the pots topped up without overflowing them too much. I use a twin outlet air pump running 2 air stones to keep the water well aerated and the nutrients nicely mixed. The only occasions I have for dumping the reservoir are if there is something drastically wrong with the nutrient mix, when it's time to switch to flowering or at flush time…

how ya goin guys just needed to ask whether using DM-gold A-B and Advanced nutrient -revive would be good idea to use in the same tank towards the end of the flowering, the ultimate goal being added greenness and and the ability to regrow. the added nitrogen, calcium and iron wouldn't be to much extra with the DM-GOLD A-B would it? am i on the right track with this ? thanks guys.

For a closet grow using a drip feeder for veg and a ebb-n-flow for flowers, what dutch master nutrients would be right? What would you recommend?
