G,day My concern is with odour of a flowering plant. My situation is a 2nd story balcony at the front of the house, the footpath is around 25 meters away. I will be growing a single cream caramel auto flower, and im growing a range of other veggies in pots around it to make it seem less suss. No one can see the plants but im a little worried about the smell, i was thinking of planting a heap of lavender at the front of the house and some on the balcony. I was also thinking of that plant that keeps mosquitoes away as it has a strong smell. I do get decent breezes on this side of the house

Hi everyone, Before I go into this, I wanna say, I'm really loving the forums here. The lay out of the site looks great, the regs and mods are polite, friendly, and clearly know their stuff. Just an all round kick arse site guys, much thanks and respect. I've spoken with a few reg's already, but I'm trying to get myself organised and have a well researched plan on my method before I start my first serious outdoor grow. My situation in a practical sense presents many challenges, but I do believe if it's done right, will be a damn good grow. I've been reading up on other posts here in the outdoor section, but I don't think I've stumbled across answers to the questions…

This will be my first grow been doing alot of reading and hopefully i`ll get a female out of 12 outdoor seeds I acquired, not sure of strain. Reading so many does and donts on growing out doors is lots to take in, so out of ten seeds that popped i`ve put half in just a normal potting mix and the other in a mix of perlite blood and bones with same potting mix as others. After germinating they`ve been outside for two days and have had plenty sun. Heres a couple of pics. Just noticed when I looked at the pics i`ve burnt a leaf already ahhhhhh

Hi all I have had my plants outside for about 4-6weeks now and I checked them today and saw something that to me look like they are starting to flower. I have attached some pics for you pros to take A look at. And if they are starting to flower is there anyway to stop them and revert them back to vegging.

I noticed near a hole I dug that a bird had been attacked (assumingly by a feral cat) then later when I went back to my spot there was cat shit on the hole (turd had white fur all through it like a cats). I didn't think it would go near the spot cuz I already took a shit in the hole and pissed all around it. Anyone had problems with cats or think it's likely to dig plants up/eat them?

Hey, I know it's the wrong time of year but I wanted to have abit of a trial with a few bag seeds.. I planted these about 3 weeks ago and they've been outdoors the whole time (except for in these pics) The big leafs at the base, above the water leaves are going a little yellow and the tips are going brown. Any ideas what this might be, I don't think I'm over/under watering them & they're getting lots of sun, the soil ph was about 6-6.5 when they were planted. Cheers

Hi all. I am planning A guerilla grow in an empty lot near where I work. There is plenty of long grass cover and easy hidden entrances. I was thinking of using those 55-75L green bins from Big W as pots as they are already green so abit of camo. And in planning I noticed I can only get to said plot at least once every 10 days and need some advice on how to set the bins up so they can retain as much water as possible as summer gets bloody hot up here. But we get alot of storms over summer I was thinking of lining the bins with black plastic (holes punched of course) and adding water crystals to my soil mix and then on top adding A few inches of sugar cane mulch. Is thi…

Hey guys I've been involved in a couple of outdoor and indoor grows, but was looking to try a proper guerilla grow this year. Now this being my first time my knowlege is minimal and Im keen to try things so any advice will be greatly appreciated. It'd be cool to get this thread to a point where it could be a sufficient resource for other people in my situation. -The grow will be in a country area of Tasmania, in an area of bush that sees few bushwalkers. -Im gonna use a yet to be determined salvia/indica cross (suggestions welcome). My plan is to grow a mother plant indoors and go plant a bunch of clones - tips on doing this would be appreciated (i was thinking hav…

Hey, I couldn't wait till winter was over for my first grow so I decided to do a trial run with some bag seed These were planted together at the end of march. Should I just keep them growing for the next season? The taller one had lots of little flowers and no purple on it two weeks ago. Is this purple around the crown a characteristic of any particular strain? I think it's a hermaphrodite cuz I noticed it has a few seeds in the crown and I'm pretty sure the other one is female. Would love to hear your feedback Cheers

I see lots of different info on here about purchasing seeds from banks. Can anyone give me a simple proven method they use to by seeds. Also I would like some suggestions about strains. I need a female plant, not too tall, potent and will give me about 3oz.
