I'm thinking of making a wire SCROG (think that's what it's called) Does this method keep the plant short and dense? Not sure what the benefits are. I need plants short and dense for stealth.

Have some Southern Star seeds (GG Allen). Am planting two a month till new year to see what month is best. Have one that's around 4 weeks and looks like it is growing little balls under the top leaves. How early can sex be determined? As this looks male. Have limited space so can't waste time on growing males. Thanks

So as we normally do we look at houses on a whim and find something and decide to move, problem, what to do with the big girl i have in full flight out the back? the move would be made difficult by the fact that the wine barrel i have it in has no arse in it, can a chop the tap root without much problem? How far has that thing gone down? good soil under it and underground water that we use to water with. Would the tap root have down meteres, 10's of metres or sure not hundreds? I have an idea of the top of my bed to use a truck put a tarp or something similar flat on the ground, tip the whole pot on its side and wrap it up like a dead body, bloody hell im buggered jus…

Hi guys, been a little while since have posted anything new as have had a lot going on over the Xmas holidays but never the less I'm back. Some of you may remember I did an indoor last year that I harvested early. I originally tried to re-veg four of those plants but three didn't make it. Apologizes for the sideways picture they aren't in my gallery. So I moved Azalea out into the great outdoors. These photos are from the end of December, start of January. So here's the thing, my dog recently as in today dug up one side of my container exposing a few roots & probably damaging even more, moved the plant around a fair bit as it is no longer inline with the …

Hey guys I have a few questions that have been on my mind recently. What size pot would achieve 8 oz outdoors? I know the bigger the better but I'd like to know from others who have used all different sizes there experience and the yields from each pot. Also is it better to use a deep tall pot or a shallow length? For the outdoor growers - how many hours of direct sunlight are your ladies getting per day? On weeks that are between 30-40 degrees each day how much do you water, and how often? I've spent majority of my years growing in the ground in the bush, just trying to get a gauge on growing with pots and what yields can be pulled using certain pots. Any addit…

Heya I am trying to find out if any of these 4 are males, they have been in pots since sept, I want to put them all into the ground and not waste time on males, I have done a heap of reading and they should be showing by now from what I have read, I cant see any balls also nothing to me saying they female. The last pic shows them all in a group, the bottoms are all burnt/dead, Im guessing that was from me adding mushroom compost to top off the pots recently (wont be doing that again). Any help would be greatly appreciated P1 P2 P3 P4 The BuuuuRRRn!! doh' Thank you Donkey

I am a avid gardener, and with all of my plants (non mj) i plant them straight into mushroom compost and they just take off. I was told by a friend that mj plants don't take well to the mushroom compost. Is there any truth in this? I would never put a seed straight into it as that would just burn the seen, however once the seedling has established I would transplanting the seedling into the compost be to much for it? With all plants I always try and transplant with a bit of the original soil as to not send it into shock. Anyway, yeah, has anyone ever tried the mushroom compost? Did your plant succeed or fail? What was your overall thoughts?

Hi all, I'm from Melbourne and i'm growing a single plant outside in my yard. I didn't follow any steps in the beggining and just placed a seed in some general potting mix in a pot and now its starting to show some strides and now i am wanting to take the care of it properly. I leave it out side where it sees most sun from sun up to sun down, water it at 6.30pm daily and once a week i put some Thrive all purpose plant food in the water container when watering it. What else should i be considering doing to enhance the plants life throughout till march/april? Any tips and suggestions would be a big help

I am a first time grower looking for advice on a MM grow. Due to circumstances out of my control I have not been able to germinate seeds until now. The seeds are unknown in variety, bush bud, I was told. Plan to grow outdoors in 400mm pots , potting mix , Loam and perlite mix. I guess I would like some information or pitfalls to avoid so late in the growing season. Cheers ears. Sent from my iPhone using OZ Stoners mobile app
