Hey guys i received a clone of white rhino yesterday in a growool cube. i got it a bit earlyier than we wanted cos he had to leave for a holiday i think it was cut about 10 - 14 days ago, there are some rootsbut not coming out the bottom or side of the cube yet. now i have poted the cube in a small pot for now i did that today, but the bottom leaves are yellowing and after the 2 that are yellowing now theres only 2 more nodes left. also the leaves are not all perky ans standing up like they should. is this normal should it survive? is there anything i can do?

Big W have some cheap air pumps. One is a single outlet and the other is a double. I think the double was $20-$25 bucks. Obviously I don't want to buy a pump that might fail on me while I have a DWC grow going. Would I be better off going to an aquarium? On a related note, I plan on running two DWC buckets and having a double outlet pump with an outlet per bucket. Is this a safe approach or am I better off going with 2 x single outlet pumps? Also, the PH test kits at Big W only seem to go to 6.2 as the lowest PH indicator. This is obviously no good if you want to target PH levels of between 5.8-6.2 right? I have made a clone box, similar to Al b Fuct's. At the moment I've got a 100m extraction fan sucking out from the back of the box (left hand side) and a desktop circ fan pointing towards the back of the box (right hand side). And a 4 tube t5 propagation light about 4 inch above the seedlings which are in 40mm rockwool cubes on a 30c heat mat. The rough air temperature around the seedlings will be around 35c - 38c. I'm guessing this is too warm ? if so what can be done to lower the temp ? raise the light maybe ? but should the light not be just above the seedlings ? Also the humidity fluctuates from around 32 rh to 38 rh and rarely goes above 40 rh I'm thinking of introdu…

Howdy First and foremost I'd like to say that I haven't started this thread to run Brunnings down in anyway what so ever,just tryna work out how you can determin a no name potting mix to a well knowin brand. I worked at Brunnings biggest production shed in Australia for about 6 months.Before I started working there I thought that each potting mix,soil,manure ect ect,was formulated to each companies species.turns out that's not alwasy the way..Trucks just roll in and dump whatever it is they have onbord and then bugger off.old mate in the loader would dump each mix,depending on what the matter was,in a bin and be conveyed ro a formfill machine,stacked on a pallet,wrapp…

So I want to use orgainc nutrients in growing scrog style or topping but is it enough to keep them productive in these high yielding methods? I like to grow using natural things & I know that if you use organic nutrients you can not over-feed a plant. I want to use liquid kelp or other mineral powders & soil mixes.

hey guys ive dug up like 50 worms and put them in a 50L barrel in wich im gona put a seedling in around the end of the year.ive put potting mix in it and i herd rabbit poo was good so i put a big cup full in to get them started..what i would like to know is what would u personaly put in a compost to benerfit a plant and what should i avoid.. rabbit poo is highin nitrogen and phosphoras please excuse the spelling thanks guys

I'm not sure of what timer to get, I need a reliable timer that I can set either 12-18 hours. How many days will timers run for? Do they need to be reprogramed after so many days? I only need a one plugger. What brand/model is a good timer that won't melt & can cater to my needs that I wont have to reset till I change the hours?

Hey guys i have an upcoming grow and I intend on growing a few plants outdoors, Jack herrer, Original Blueberry, Sweet Dreams and God Bud and im curious if using certain pesticides and disease control agents will affect the taste of my bud or the quality, I am running this grow in a forest in brisbane and would like any information or recommendations as to the pesticides i may need or wether i should be using them in regards to if it affects quality or quantity.
