hello all.. im new to this forum and was just looking for some grow tips. i live in the midwest of WA and about a week ago i got some seeds and started reading about growing the dope. i had 4 seeds and only one of them germinated. i didnt think it was going to work but i planted it 2 days ago and its growing pretty good so far.. i was wondering if it was the right season to start a plant.?

Hey all. I had a long forgotten thought about something that was told to me approx. 20 years ago. I was lead to believe that by rubbing the stem of vegging plants that you can get an indication as to what the finished bud will smell like. I have done this on and off over my grows but have never got serious about it or documented results. Also was told that this was a good way of determining males as they do not have the same aroma as females when vegging. Try it on a few different strains (if possible) and let me know what your thoughts are. Hey Guys I just got a new light and it does not switch on. When I power it up a small blue spark flashes every now and again but no light? I have a ballast which it came with and I am not sure what is going wrong? It is housed in a cool tube. Picture attached sorry for the crappy quality. Any ideas? Thanks.

hi all. i am starting a project with 2 main tubs, 1 plant per tub. 2 tubs per plant 1 for medium and the plant and 1 for the water flow and roots to grow in. I will be using clayballs as the medium as well as horse shoes with a 500lph pump to feed the 2 plants. For the water flow i will use 3000lph pump that will pump the water from the resivor to each bottom pot to keep a nice flow going. I am vegging 2 plants for 8 weeks becuase i want to pull atleast 2 pound per plant, i am pulling 1 pound per plant vegging them for 4 weeks so what do use think about vegging them for 8 weeks? also take into consideration the 2 plants will have 1 full 1000 watt light each to grow under…

Couple of questions.Im not sure how much water to put in a dwc bucket.Is it about half inch past the bottom of the net pot?Also if using perlite as medium should it be watered from the top aswell if the perlite dries out a bit. Also if someone used thrive fert for outdoor plants in their dwc bucket is that ok untill they got some proper nutrient? And how often does the nutrient have to be added?I know water should be replaced every 2 weeks but not sure on if thats the only time to add nutrient.

hi everyone this my first post on ozstoners.i joined this forum coz i want to try grow my own buds just as an experiment.i just want to try grow 1 or 2 plants for now in 1 pot in a small stealthy pc/speaker box type setup n see how i go.me and a mate have grown some backyard outdoor plants before which got stolen but thats pretty much all the experience i have besides smoking the shit all day everyday ... anywayz so im lookin to buy a small cupboard probably around 70cm high.i have some seeds on the window sill waiting to sprout while i build her house..the seeds are just some dank bagseeds ive collected over time from some dank bud..dont know the name of the strain co…

In a dwc bubbler system do u add nutes as they get used by the plant or just wait untill day 10 or whatever and then add the new nutes when changing the water?Im buying a tds meter soon but wont be for a few weeks.
