the best thing i found for a soil grow , and i love soil .. is the drainage ... get that right and its wonderful tasty weed ... perlite seems to buffer the ph , and the nutes , anything weak , or organic .. ev

sounds like a crap situ mate , i hate not sleeping , i got T . ringing in ears , so i know what its like not to sleep ... i find smoking up high sativas allows me to get high and forget somewhat of my symptoms .. which is sort of a cure .. yea indicas will make you sleep , good crosses will make you sleep , but to be honest i get wasted , then it's the food i eat that knocks me down .. irish sleeping pills , ? spuds , tatties , mashed .. hope you find relief ev

cool they look good . hey , that mix looks shabby , an pots look too big from here , cost ya a few bucks gra some perlite for drainage and re pot into small . like 4 inch pots , use premium potting mix , ratio 60\40 soil\perlite . you can do it grower .. ev

hydrobotanics is the cheapest 5litre mix i've come across .. @ 60 $ ev
