  1. Something like a long black plastic pot like you occasionally see roses in at the nursery……. Again they don’t have to be overly big in diameter but it’s depth that matters ….. my experience your generic black pot plant from any nursery or bunnies are not deep enough for reasonable yields hope that helps if it’s your first go at autos outdoor have a back up plan for smoko….. they do take several years to dial in great results
  2. So many variations and variables to this question Rick ? what area of Australia do you live in ? Without understanding any of that the best advice I can offer with little information here is, autos like deep pots - this is so there tap root can just power the deeper the pot is more crucial for success then the diameter of the pot autos like sun- sounds obvious but if your auto can receive maximum daylight direct sun the better your success will be autos like light loose soil- this is a major one in my opinion, if it’s outdoors and not in pots try to dig your holes deeper the better (800 deep) and about min450 diameter, if you can, a mixture of perlite, vermiculite, worm castings, coco, and premium grade Seed raising raising mix ( won’t go into ratios but the lighter the soil mix for the tap root and roots to go mad the better) - if it’s natural dense soil you may struggle with yield but again if you get the depth for the roots and potential for a clay breaker you may get a yield of some weight autos like fertilisers- go go juice , seasol are you friend , then some sort of rose slow release pellets during flower Autos like water and sun water and sun water and sun good luck hope this little bit of info helps in some way
  3. Have old grow diaries been deleted wanted to look back on a few things?

  4. Anytime prior to the New Years for outdoors makes your plants so much more manageable in a outdoor environment for some many reasons . Good karma you deserve
  5. It's not natural but it works White ants = ammonia to rid them , place it on the ground black plastic then your pot plant . Hope this helps
  6. That's correct nay but why spend the extra doh! If your under a price restriction in which I thought you were jadcia ? water would be fine in a soil based grow medium? Canna terra was designed for peat moss based soils in specific (terra professional ) which from memory is a coco / perlite/ soil mix ? Up to you but man if you can afford it go for it !
  7. If your going to use a coco specific grow medium why not I was under the impression you were doing a soil grow ? Good luck with whatever you choose
  8. Calm your farm !!! Stop it ! Good luck Simpsons fan be prepared for Lou reaction to that agreed with dave You'll need good karma

  10. I just edited my initial post, I'm hoping some of my experiences with autos outdoors helps you in some way
  11. Good to see you posting again and great to see an auto diary. How many hours of light does your auto receive .......... In my personal experience with autos outdoor I find a straight soil to be a little dense for them fast growing roots that autos have . Some things to lighten the density of the soil that I use are for example are mushroom compost ,perlite , vermiculite , straw , and a combination of composted materials including vege scraps, grass clippings and horse shit. I don't pay particular attention to the ph of the soil or the mix of above mentioned materials I just concentrate more so on achieving a light fluffy kinda medium if that at all makes sense . Ill water them with Gogo juice and nitrosol once a week and plain water every 2nd day during vege , them during flowering just some potash at the start and some dynamic lifter food for roses (slow release) at around the 3rd week THe other alternative is a coco based medium used outside and watered with coco based nuietrients only then I would be worried about ph levels Pot or hole size is pretty crucial, generally I have found a deeper hole/ pot size is more essential then wide for example a hole 600mm deep by a radius of 200mm would be a far better yielding plant than a plant in a hole/pot that say was 400mm deep by a radius of 350mm. I also have found better results by not transplanting just starting and finishing in the same hole or pot Hope some of this helps you Watching with great interest Peace and karma u deserve
  12. Early response ! How cool , it makes me wonder if it's an auto ? Good luck nay I'm sure it will be strong and healthy , defiantly suited to Australian conditions ! Is it going to be outdoors ?
