  1. hey 87..bud.00 I did a couple of indoor grows had one 400w light, and did bad 1st grow, 2nd & 3rd were much better, Unfortunatly as i got the hang of it i've had to move my operation outdoors, as my wife and i had a kid recently so am in a similar boat in not wanting to have my family F**ked if busted. From what i have read < 5 plants is what you want. Also if you are doing it in a shed & it isnt attached to the house, then your dwelling ( where you and your kids live) is not considered a drug lab, this is a good thing for you & your family as the kids wont be considered to live in a unsafe environment. It's hard to say what will happen if you get busted, depends on the coppers & how they feel. but <5 plants and not doing it in the house is in my opinion the best gamble. Cheers,
  2. Yea 'intelligence' is a hard thing to measure objectively. The abuse of drugs when developing seems to be all round a not good idea, having a little now and again is no biggie me thinks. I came across and article the other day on Type 3 Diabetes and thought some may find it interesting talking in regard to energy drinks/sugar Type 3 seems to be restricted to effects on the brain, but is a combo of Type 1&2, poor diet/sugar http://www.ehow.com/about_5088955_type-diabetes.html. Reminds me of that supernatural episode where the corn syrup was turning people into vegetables pretty much. ( Disclaimer, i dont know much about it, there isnt much info available as it.(better to do ya own informing if ya wanna know more on this matter than rely on my few lines ) I looked at a some teaching when at uni and there are some theories that talk about different types of intelligence below i've lifted some from another site. "1. Naturalist Intelligence (“Nature Smart”) Designates the human ability to discriminate among living things (plants, animals) as well as sensitivity to other features of the natural world (clouds, rock configurations). This ability was clearly of value in our evolutionary past as hunters, gatherers, and farmers; it continues to be central in such roles as botanist or chef. It is also speculated that much of our consumer society exploits the naturalist intelligences, which can be mobilized in the discrimination among cars, sneakers, kinds of makeup, and the like. 2. Musical Intelligence (“Musical Smart”) Musical intelligence is the capacity to discern pitch, rhythm, timbre, and tone. This intelligence enables us to recognize, create, reproduce, and reflect on music, as demonstrated by composers, conductors, musicians, vocalist, and sensitive listeners. Interestingly, there is often an affective connection between music and the emotions; and mathematical and musical intelligences may share common thinking processes. Young adults with this kind of intelligence are usually singing or drumming to themselves. They are usually quite aware of sounds others may miss. 3. Logical-Mathematical Intelligence (Number/Reasoning Smart) Logical-mathematical intelligence is the ability to calculate, quantify, consider propositions and hypotheses, and carry out complete mathematical operations. It enables us to perceive relationships and connections and to use abstract, symbolic thought; sequential reasoning skills; and inductive and deductive thinking patterns. Logical intelligence is usually well developed in mathematicians, scientists, and detectives. Young adults with lots of logical intelligence are interested in patterns, categories, and relationships. They are drawn to arithmetic problems, strategy games and experiments. 4. Existential Intelligence Sensitivity and capacity to tackle deep questions about human existence, such as the meaning of life, why do we die, and how did we get here. 5. Interpersonal Intelligence (People Smart”) Interpersonal intelligence is the ability to understand and interact effectively with others. It involves effective verbal and nonverbal communication, the ability to note distinctions among others, sensitivity to the moods and temperaments of others, and the ability to entertain multiple perspectives. Teachers, social workers, actors, and politicians all exhibit interpersonal intelligence. Young adults with this kind of intelligence are leaders among their peers, are good at communicating, and seem to understand others’ feelings and motives. 6. Bodily-Kinesthetic Intelligence (“Body Smart”) Bodily kinesthetic intelligence is the capacity to manipulate objects and use a variety of physical skills. This intelligence also involves a sense of timing and the perfection of skills through mind–body union. Athletes, dancers, surgeons, and craftspeople exhibit well-developed bodily kinesthetic intelligence. 7. Linguistic Intelligence (Word Smart) Linguistic intelligence is the ability to think in words and to use language to express and appreciate complex meanings. Linguistic intelligence allows us to understand the order and meaning of words and to apply meta-linguistic skills to reflect on our use of language. Linguistic intelligence is the most widely shared human competence and is evident in poets, novelists, journalists, and effective public speakers. Young adults with this kind of intelligence enjoy writing, reading, telling stories or doing crossword puzzles. 8. Intra-personal Intelligence (Self Smart”) Intra-personal intelligence is the capacity to understand oneself and one’s thoughts and feelings, and to use such knowledge in planning and directioning one’s life. Intra-personal intelligence involves not only an appreciation of the self, but also of the human condition. It is evident in psychologist, spiritual leaders, and philosophers. These young adults may be shy. They are very aware of their own feelings and are self-motivated. 9. Spatial Intelligence (“Picture Smart”) Spatial intelligence is the ability to think in three dimensions. Core capacities include mental imagery, spatial reasoning, image manipulation, graphic and artistic skills, and an active imagination. Sailors, pilots, sculptors, painters, and architects all exhibit spatial intelligence. Young adults with this kind of intelligence may be fascinated with mazes or jigsaw puzzles, or spend free time drawing or daydreaming." 3. that was a awesome episode, i didn't realise it was that simple to make a pill, i think the natural form is the best but was great to see how it would get turned into a pill!! Love weeds. Yea he was heaps pissed over what happened to his hard work. NO LOVE in the pharma labs
  4. I know that at times it seems this wonderful plant could do so much to help the planet, but saving the american economy i think it could help it in that it could be a viable and profitable industry and last long beyond many others, but their economy is so big and so vast and so . . corrupt & so violent. that it is better that it never recovers. IMHO. I love the cyclic nature of the natural world, currently i see the system we live in as fruit that has fallen from the tree and is rotting ( current day ). It will get uglier and stinkier ( future ). But it will provide the nutrients for what will grow afterwards. If they stop their wars. . . if they pull their troops which are overseas home. This is the alarm bell, i was reading a book not sure which one but it said something to the effect of.. every empire that has collapsed, a common indicator of imminent collapse was that the soldiers who were fighting in distant lands were called home, within a couple of years of this event the empire was gone. Peace
  5. I have got mine setup to push/blow air thru it so mine goes Grow Room Air -> Ducting -> CF fan -> Ducting -> Carbon filter ( sits outside the grown room kinda above the cupboard). It works great for me cuts out the smell, and also makes the fan quieter. Seems like there is no right or wrong way with this, if you get it in and it works then happy days
  6. Yea keep updating with how u go, i am considering doing this myself soon so i can make some more LSD seeds. Peace
  7. Ive only grown a few times, but my last one was HPS from start to finish, the girls did just fine apart from some spider mites. I have a mH and have used it for veg as well, was good, i have no data or experiments under my belt to speak of any differences, BUt i dont think they could be that drastic. The peoples above me in the thread have given all there is written on the matter, Just give it a go, you will end upwith some great gear in the end, some times looking at things too close get confusing, Peace bruvvas
  8. Be carefull that you do ya research on bugs that eat bugs, I got myself a spider mite infestation and tried to use preadator bugs, however after i got em found out that in a 12/12 cycle they hibernate and dont really do anything, so after i found this out i didnt bother putting em in the grow because the leaves they came on had spider mites on them (food for the preadators ). Since then i have hit em with the vaccume and been killing them myslef, i have 3 plants and at the moment i am spending about 1hr each day hunting/killing those little fuckers!! Best of luck to ya!
  9. if only they were perennial and flowered all the time, dat would be dank!!! no read you couldn't clone it, (clone = just a cutting that roots), however from what i have read they will still finish up the same time as the mother plant, i have only read this, if you can do an experiment go for it. Just let us know how it went. I did come across a video at one point of a guy who Re-Generated his auto, he took the mature buds left the lil ones behind and they grew, https://www.autoflower.net/forums/f5/how-regenerate-autoflower-2818.html Peace
  10. I find that i get urges for it when i have a break from smoking, the cravings pass after about 5 mins sometimes as quick as 30 sec. If i have been smoking daily for a couple weeks then i can have a bit of trouble getting to sleep the first night or 2 or 3. Have not experienced any other effects when having a break. Im a light smoker maby have 1 or 2 at most 3 from afternoon to night. ( these are vaped and each is shared with the mrs ). Currently on a break, I smoke for recreation mostly. At times my use would also fall under medicinal, but it's mostly recreational. I dont find it causes a physical dependence in me, more my useage forms a habit & psychological thing. Tho i think everyone is physiologically slightly different, everyones useage is different so i don't think there is a Yes or No answer to this, Then again i dont think there is a yes/no answer to many things After all i use to think heroin was extremely addictive that after one use you could be addicted physically, then i have come to learn that many people use it and do not experience this dependence, they can hold jobs and you don't even know they use it they are not all 'junkies' only a small percentage end up affected in this way. All that i know about drugs has been influenced by war time propaganda, The "War on drugs".
  11. If you dont have any bag seed, i would recommend getting autoflowering type(s), i have only started to grow this year, and begain with Easy Ryder & Buddha White dwarf. They took about 2 months ( give or take ) from sowing to harvest, the plants dont grow very large. I found them to be a great way to start. Depending on how you plan to grow, you can just use decent soil + decent amount of cow poo and be done with it. no need to worry about nutes while you figure out many of the other variables. Just my 2 cents. seeds site i have had luck with herbies. 2 out of 2 orders arrived.
  12. Hey Nothing4Name. i hope that you can find a way to treat ya self in a way you find acceptable, Tincture or ingesting sounds good, others may like to correct me here but if you dont care to much about taste you could just eat the buds like its parsley or oregano. No tincture no baking no processing just ingest. No doubt you will have to do some experimenting with dose/frequency, also if you are scoring weed, each time the weed changes you may need to adjust dose/frequency unless you can guarantee it is the same strain. I think this is the biggest issue if you are looking to medicate with street weed. you cannot be sure of quality, strain and possible chems in it. The strain could make a big diff in the medicinal effect that you recieve. With the mullaways tincture the guy has bred his own strain which suits what he does. Not saying you need to, but there are strains out there which have been bred for medicinal applicaiton. from what i read and see this seems to be very early days for medical marijuana in our 'modern' times, you may need to be a bit of a pioneer and figure out what works best for you & your condition and then share the experience/information. Best of luck to you.
  13. I did this last night, i found that the taste was lacking however the effect certainly was not, I quite enjoyed it. I didnt vape to dry out, i vaped to consume i figured the vape would dry it in time so i just kept hitting. Go for it, at worst there is no effect, at best lots of it Happy tokin
  14. Awesome really good, light to paint medicinal use of cannibis. Hopefully this results in lots of chatter and hopefully it gets to some people who can make those political cogs turn.
  15. awesome, hope that you have some good luck with them, looks like you are puttin in some effort and thought so i reckon ull do ok, Are they the original lowryders or a different type, i have just started an easyryder, did them on my first grow but had lots of probs so only got a very small result, but liked the smoke found it uplifting and euporic, enjoy watching em grow Peace
