i am germinating 10 top44 seeds and have a flood and drain hydro system i also have 2 metal hiliade lihts,,my question is will they do ok in the closet, and what stage should i flower them [at what hight]

the most important thing about growing in closet is the tempeture and plenty of air flow/circulation

What is the wattage of the lights and the dimensions of the closet, you need around 50w per square foot and as Urbanhog pointed out ventilation is going to play a major part in your set-up.

 

To set the light to grow height, start at 45cm/18" above the plants, hold your hand palm down level with the top of the plant for a few minutes. If it feels too hot on the back of your hand the light is too close, if cool then it's too far away. If it's pleasantly warm and it feels as if you could hold your hand there all day then it's OK.

Top 44 is a really good closet plant, one main cola and they dont grow really big, very few leaves and can be harvested with 38 days.
