Have added a pic to show you all what is happening, has 2 weeks left on Bud.

 

I read stress can turn it hermi, what does hermi mean for a plant?

 

What are some strees factors?

Hermi means hermaphradite or showing male and female traits. If a female plant is stressed there is a slight chance of her turning hermi in wich case as well as bud you will see pollen sack form and if you dont get them quick they can pollinate your buds and produce seed. Stresses could involve irregular lighting schedual, feeding/ watering probs, temp/humidity probs anything your plant doesnt like.

From that photo i cant reallt see what that is but it looks too big for a pollen sack from what ive seen.... but i could be wrong, can ya get a clearer photo?
