If he did i'll give you a clue about if it's dodgey, saltpetre is potasium nitrate and is one of the chemicals used for making gunpowder. I really doubt your "friend" tried it, more like hes getting the salt to stick to the buds and make them look like their covered in crystal. :thumbdown ive never seen anyone use salt in 20 years but ive seen plenty rip off others with adding to the oz, like water, low quality buds, leaf squashed in the buds, etc etc etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If it was in your cone, it would simply fall through with the ash, harmlessly. The fact that someone found that they HAD to put it in their pot is a bit suspicious. And I'm not sure what sort of salt, I will find out, it was kinda fine looking salt but not as fine as table salt and not as coarse as empson salts. I must ask when I see him again.
