yeah just a note for new growers though, this chart shows the distance from the plant and how you loose lumens as the light moves away.

It however shouldnt be followed to the letter as it has not taken in to consideration the heat issues of these lights.

The chart says this but I would hate to see a newbie cook their plants from following it to closely.

Heh heh, yeah, you can only get out of your lights what the plants can tolerate vis-a-vis heat. :devilred:

But with heat extraction bumped up, and an aircooled shade, you can get substantially more light out of a lamp than you would otherwise.

This chart looks like it would be good for someone like me im forever playing with the lights and never really had any sort of formulae to go by.
