Newbie advice please

North Qld new to growing here.  I work away on a 7/7 roster so got drippers feeding rainwater for 30mins each morning.   Seeded semi indoors and moved to full midday sun after 4 weeks( bit early i know) . Little NPK slow release fertiliser and on a couple i put some fish scraps down deep in the bucket for a later boost.

Got catterpillers chewing atm. Any advice on what natural pesticide and fertiliser to use and  why one is so far ahead of the others?
