cancer Why n How

Hi everyone for allowing me to join.

I been using Cannabis since I was 13 years old and been making my own Cannabis Oil for the last few year on different strain of Cannabis. 

I beat Hep C May 2019 and my blood work went whacked out and December 27, 2022 and when 1/4/223 coe a long and my liver Dr says I need to go to hospital to have scans done. 

I found out I have Stage 4  lung and liver cancer and Mrs Cannabis wife and daughter was very SHOCKED that I have a this cancer.

Yes I smoke tobacco for 46 years and stop 2023, but still my mother n  law is 89 and still smoke tobacco.

My question is How and Why I got this cancer.?

That really is awful mate and unfortunately life just is I guess. Someone might drink like a fish, smoke like a chimney and live happily till their 90’s or more and another might be fit and healthy look after themselves and still get the short straw. Hope you can beat it or at least live comfortably enough 😢 🤲
