Soy but apparently no GMO, got at health food store, would have got sunflower powder but couldn't find it.

 

Apparently they all work? More of the granules will be trapped when straining but I guess after steeping for so long it's combined?

Meh fuck that seems like a whole lot more work and money for a small thing. I would just use bho now to mix than flower. Keen to make the caps write you off haha

Yeah bro for sure. No worries even so at least you could tell if their is a difference between the two of you use sunflower next time. Try get the liquid too over the granules

i've made avocado oil caps no lecithin , one cap was plenty & 2 caps were 2 strong 

i really don't think you need to use lecithin imho , save ya $$$ & try some without 

& see what ya think 

 

i gotta admit i'm happy with this little unit especially if making a small batch of oil caps
