transplanting

Recommended Posts

I was just thinking, maybe a layer of perlite on the bottom to save a bit of dosh as he is going to buy the perlite anyway.

I get a peanut smell from neem oil at first but then a strong, lingering odor of mouldy onion takes over. I suppose it has to have something to get rid of the bugs. My advice, spray quick and don't breath near the plant that day.

Neem oil is systemic so you might not want to spray your plant much near harvest time.

it is? I wonder then if it can be used in a res? ie- to prevent problems rather than fix them??

I havent used neem is a long time, simply because I havent had too many problems lately. other than a dose of Scarid fly which I used sheep dip to fix(Diazinon).

:thumbsup good idea.

Roughly $15-00 for the neem oil,

$10-00 MAX for good potting soil (with wetting agent)

$10-00 perlite Small bag, more economical to buy a sack from a hydro shop.

$20-00 for a large square self waterer.

but mate those are only guessing, It will be interesting to see how far off iam. :peace:
